Configuring Prism54 drivers to work with FC4

I also posted at prism54.org on the same topic, hopefully the more heads in on this the merrier.
I have a Netgear WG111 version 2 wireless usb adapter.
I was able to get the Prism54 drivers loaded altho w/ the errors listed in this thread http://www.prism54.org/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=1572
jbnote said the drivers were loaded

but I'm quite at a loss of what to do now. The device seems to be on eth1, when i do iwconfig eth1, I can see my access point.
My questions are these:

How do I get this thing to load up automatically w/ Fedora? Every time I reboot it seems the driver is gone, and I have to run make load again to get it.

How would I configure this device so that I can automatically have internet each time I start my machine without having to do iwconfig manually, which btw doesn't seem to work anyway, and I am not entirely sure on the usage of iwconfig.

to this time i have been following the iwconfig instructions for ndiswrapper found here: http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/m...p/Installation
I go to a prompt and type
and i see this line:
I also see this line:
eth1: H/W encryption support:
eth1 (WE) : Driver using old /proc/net/wireless support, please fix driver !

i tried
#iwconfig wlan0
and it says No such device, so I try
#iwconfig eth1
and it gives me this
eth1 IEEE 802.11 ESSID:""
Mode:Managed Frequency:2.412 GHz Access Point: 00:00:00:00:00:00
Bit Rate:0 kb/s Tx-Power:20 dBm Sensitivity=0/3
Retry:off RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off
Encryption key:off
Power Management:off
Link Quality=0/94 Signal level=-95 dBm Noise level=-95 dBm
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:0 Missed beacon:0

so i try
#iwlist eth1 scan
and it says eth1 Interface doesn't support scanning : Network is down

anyway, I would really like some help with this, from anyone who might be able to help. I would use the drivers from Ndiswrapper, but I would prefer these native drivers, so I can get promiscious mode sniffing, (no, not for wardriving, lol) and see all the network or internet packets as they are sent to me. Thanks very much,
