How to update packages from fedora-extras?

Hi. I've upgraded from FC3 to FC4 and now
yum list extras
returns swarms of packages, mosty ones I've installed from fedora core 3 extras repo. Is there a quick way to update them with fc4 extras? Greets.
I've managed to do this, my yum repositories were obsolete. But when I uncomment the baseurl entry, it is pointing to fc3 repos. Have a look here:
name=Fedora Extras $releasever - $basearch
