Any Information On Using C2CTL To Overclock Intel CPU's?

...using a Core 2 Duo 2.0Ghz (T7300)...

#c2ctl 0-1

Current Target Min. Max.
FID: 136 136 6 10
VID: 11 11 18 39

Current Target Min. Max.
FID: 136 136 6 10
VID: 11 11 18 39

the specifications for the processor are Multiplier: 10× Voltage: 1.0375–1.3 V

the vid/voltage formula is apparently UCpu = 800 mV + vid*12.5 mV

i could use a little advice on usage...and about what FID & VID i should specify...
