pppoe connection problem

hello my friend
i want to connect to internet with pppoe connection on fedora , sabayon ,

pardus and etc !
to do this i used this command
sudo pppoe-setup
when it's done i typed these commands :
you can check the results here :
also the outputs of these following commands
ping -c3
ping -c3 google.com
is :

note : on kubuntu i use sudo pppoeconf and it work well !
how i can use this on fedora or sabayon ?!
please help me

yum install system-config-network
and then just configure a new xDSL connection with this program.

yum command worked in pardus ?! (http://www.pardus.org.tr/en/)
