F16 won't wake up

This is my first post on this forum... I have a problem after updating the kernel from 3.1.4 to 3.1.5. My computer will not restart after suspending it.
The screen is fully black, there is no way to even log in in a console. It seems the graphics card does not restart since the screen gets no signal from it.

My graphic card is nVdia GTS 240 and I have the nVidia drivers installed combined with the Gnome 3.2 interface.

Does anyone have a clue about this issue?

Thanks for your help!
