Package related info (here or in FedoraFAQ)?

I have been using all fedora versions and looking back, one of the biggest hurdles has always been package/installation/update/upgrade issues. It takes too much time searching for useful config files (yum, apt, up2date) and the repositories GPG key files. IF you find this information it's scattered across the whole forum and at various web sites.

I would like this forum (or at FedoraFAQ) to have everything related to this collected in one single place.
It could also include every how-to that's related to these topics.

Am I the only one feeling this or do you agree?
