FC13 Look and feel

Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I installed FC13 RC2. The user interface has a much more polished look and feel to it. Simple things like the new Trash icon make a huge difference to peoples perception of the OS. Well done!

Awesome as!! can't wait to try it, going to wait for the release though great to know it has a more polished look as well

how do I upgrade from F12?, I have 2 machines one with gnome, and the other with xfce?
