Can't find Ati Radeon xpress 1100 drivers

I'm using 64bit Fedora 11, I downloaded drivers from ATi website, the installer loads, gets an error then the terminal closes.

I read my videocard in my laptop is not supported, I just want desktop effects enabled among other things.

This lack of compatibility is really getting to me now, first it was my soundblaster not being supported, now its the video.

Edit: plus I get this in the terminal when I try install any ati driver

Setting up Install Process
No package kmod-fglrx-PAE available.
No package xorg-x11-drv-fglrx available.
No package xorg-x11-drv-fglrx-libs.i386 available.
Nothing to do
