Question Edit Gnome "Main Menu"

Hey all,

I am new to Fedora but not new to Gnome. Shouldn't I be able to right click the "Main Menu" icon to edit edit the Main Menu? Or have I lost my marbles?

How can I edit the Gnome "Main Menu" in Fedora 12?
