fedora bootloader not that great?

Hi recently switched from ubuntu to fedora because it's more compatible with my AA1... a couple small issues but overall works amazing and i love xfce desktop.

BUT, I notice the bootloader doesn't offer the same selections as it did when I used ubuntu. Specifically a selection for the windows recovery partition on my aspire one. It came in handy when I wanted to fix windows when it started going really slow for no reason... but now I see no way to get to it... Sup?

GRUB is not all-knowing nor all-powerful, but it sounds like you're saying that Ubungtu's GRUB saw the Win* recovery partition as a valid boot choice? Doesn't the Win* bootloader give you that option if you select "Other" in GRUB??

If it is indeed possible to boot with the Win* recovery partition, then it seems that you must manually add it to the grub.conf file.
