Arrow bluetooth device not detected

i just installed my fedora 9 recently, am learning how to use it but so far things not as easy as i thought. please help me to setup my bluetooth usb so i can connect to the internet to find required codecs and other stuff for my system. i have a bluetooth device that uses bluesoleil software. please help

activate bluetooth service

# service bluetooth start

to modify bluetooth properties

# bluetooth-properties

to check and verify connected USB devices

# lsusb
