Firefox extentions

Can someone explain how to install firefox extentions. Now that you have to be root to install the rpms. firefox dosen't install theme for normal users, but perhaps I just don't know what I'm doing.

yeah, I knew that, fix the prob. I had disabled the "allow website to install software" feature as a security measure. But thanks for the suggestion
