Diamond Stealth® X1550 PCI Express questions

ok so i was wondering if the Diamond Stealth® X1550 PCI Express is a 1.0a espress card?

my board will only handle 1.0 cards i baugt a hd card that was a 2.0 and installed it on my sisters vist@ system.

so if you can give me a little help on the specs that stores dont offer you than i would be very happy
