Installing ndiswrapper

Hi i am new to using fedora 7 and linux, so i have no clue what i am doing.
So here is my problem I am trying to get my linksys wusb300n network adapter installed. The problem i am running into is how do i get ndiswrapper installed and up and running and from there how to install the driver for the adapter. I have noe experience with linux so if any one can give me a step by step instruction that would help me out. by the way i have downloaded some files they are


and i have installed freshrpms but have no clue on how to run that or start it up
any help is good. thanks

I know nothing about your hardware, however, ndiswrapper is available from the livna repository.
Once you have that installed, then do a
yum install ndiswrapper
and or
yum install kmod-ndiswrapper

I still dont understand. I tried installing livna and it wont contiune with that setup. only program that installed was freshrpms. So how would i start that program. where do files go once they are installed, how do i get the tar files to work. I am very new to this i just started using linux yesterday so any terms or advice has to be severely dumbed down for me at this time
