Question Running programs at startup?

I recently installed gdesklets. Every time i reboot i need to open gdesklets. How do i make it run when i boot the computer?
  • Intel Core 2 duo - 2.13 ghz
  • Asus P5B Deluxe Wifi/AP Edition
  • 2048 MB Kingston HyperX ddr2 800
  • nVidia 7600gt fatality professional edition
  • 160 gb SATA 80 gig and 40 gig IDE drives.
  • Lite On SATA DVD RW

Type 'gnome-session-save', once gdesklets is running.
