c++ developer tool in fc5

there should be some developer tools in fc5 that allows access to the gui elements like visual c++ and visual basic does in windows...

can i know which are they, especially the ones that use c++??

Um, Qt Designer? At least that is what I use for GUI development in C++.

For C-based GUI development, I use Glade. You can also use Glade with C++ binding; check with Google for information on how to set up gtkmm to work with Glade.
