Yes, or alternatively you can install the newest version directly from its github site as I suggested here.

Indeed, it means that various distros like Arch Linux don't offer a grsecurity kernel anymore. However, the maintainer of that kernel, Daniel Micay, is now offering a linux-hardened kernel. It's based on the linux-hardened project where Daniel Micay, Kees Cook and other participants try to implement grsecurity/PaX patches even before they land in the mainline kernel through the work of the Kernel Self-Protection Project.

Ultimately, all distros will benefit from this work. The recent grsecurity decision might even accelerate this process.
