ZoneMinder Web Interface Not Working

Hello,

I posted this over in ZoneMinder's forums, but they have a LOT less viewers, so I hope it's appropriate to post here. I saw some other ZoneMinder related threads, but none specific to this here.

I recently installed Fedora Server (headless) to an older desktop, then followed a complete set of instructions to set up ZoneMinder and all the necessary bits to make it run.

When I get to the part of actually using zoneminder--running the web interface to really set things up--it's not there. I navigate to http://_serverIP_/zm and the browser just times out.

For a bit more reference, here's the post over at zoneminder.

Any help would be appreciated!
