Gnome notification sound issue

I have a problem with gnome notification alert sound.
Alert sound is enabled under Sound Settings, and volume is not zero. Also, I hear sounds, when moving volume control, beep in a terminal. But no sound, when receiving a new notification.
You can reproduce it by "notify-send" command in a terminal.
