mouse clicks fail in F14

Sometimes when I log in, my mouse clicks will stop working, both left and right. This re-enables the mouse until I shut down again. I had a similar issue on Ubuntu before.

I am running an HP DV7 laptop with a Synaptics Touchpad and usually have a Logitech Marble Mouse plugged in too. Any ideas?
