Unable to get full speed with bonding nics

Can someone help me? My bonding configuration does not seem to be getting the full gigabit per second speed. I get a warning when restarting the network settings that the machine is unable to get full speed and will revert to 100 mbs a second.

I have the proper drivers installed and bonding configuration, but am not sure exactly whats wrong?

Thanks,
Alex
