Shared folders with Fedora 19 guest of VMware Workstation

I have installed guest fedora 19 on VMware Workstation 9.0.2 with Win 7 Host

I have installed the vmware-tools successfully on Fedora 19 using following commands

yum remove open-vm-tools

yum update kernel

yum install perl gcc kernel-headers kernel-devel

cp /usr/include/linux/version.h /lib/modules/<kernel-version>/build/include/

then at last i have shared host folder at VM>Settings>Options>Shared Folder in VM Workstation

Now the problem is that I dont see hgfs folder under /mnt, hence cant access my shares

But I am able to see the shares using
Hence when I tried to mount the shares using
mount -t vmhgfs .host:/ /mnt
it says
Error: cannot mount filesystem: No such device

did I miss anything?
