All of them? Even the console virtual terminals have one - if the gpm mouse handler is running.
The clipboard is not a terminal feature, it is an X underpinning. All the terminal support does is give text data access.
Any clipboard manager stores it as a copy, and no keystrokes are needed to paste a copy of the data from the clipboard.
By default, there is only one clip maintained. Most desktops include a clipboard manager, and it is up to that manager to support as many entries as they want.
