how boot load squashfs.img root

Hi, i want need created squashfs.img as root directory to iso image without /LiveOS/rootfs.img, i looking for dmsquash-live script and use tree /LiveOS/squashfs.img loop /LiveOS/rootfs.img. Is there a way to change it?
