How do I provide feedback to Fedora Project developers

People,

How do I accomplish at least a bit of awareness in the Fedora project about what users need?
Awareness about choice.
E.e. gnome-online-accounts we get without actually choosing it, it cannot be turned off (no documented method of permanently disabling it), it cannot really be removed due to dependency hell for no good reason.
The author failed to recognize that the user needs exactly one extra interface.
GOA is of course just an example but very real; there's many more.

I must assume that there is some sort of process in a team or community that does some quality assurance for a new Fedora release.
If so: why was choice not on the list of criteria?
Simply put: can I choose it, or choose not to install it? Can I disable it?

How can I put an idea like this at the right spot in the Fedora Project?

Please let me know by posting below.

Kind regards,
Udo

Here's what the Project has to say: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Commu..._to_Developers

You can choose your type of communication, but it really needs to be specific, not general.

You are probably not happy with upstream Gnome, Fedora is just packaging what upstream is making. I don't think there will be an effort in making a diversity from upstream at Fedora part, since this would require significant effort to maintain. So the correct address for complains would be upstream Gnome project.

Or if there is many things you don't like about it maybe different DE would suit you better.

Re: How do I provide feedback to Fedora Project developers

If Fedora is `just packaging` they are not really paying attention and apparent;y not actually using the software themselves.
They should have at least reached the same conclusions as I did.
They could be a more powerful entity towards gnome if they chose to be so.
They neglected that part, at least that is what I notice from the inability to get a tiny bit of change here.
Stuff is wrong on various levels, both technical and non-technical.
So where do we start?

Bugzilla has no effect on fundamental choices that are 'wrong' in my experience.
The 'upstream' meme also makes that bugzilla has no effect there.
