The same issue also had faced by me couple of days ago. It was in Ubuntu OS. I had tried every possible way to resolve it but failed. Finally I decided to move to windows platform.
Again I have the same issue. I thought that, it may my laptop issue. By reading forums and blogs, I found that it was due to missing of drivers. I got the answer from ageofwindows website.
