Question My Dell keeps restarting!!!

Hy every body

My Dell Latitude E5570 keeps restarting itself. I do a normal shutdown, it seems to be shut off. Then few seconds later, it just restarts itself.

Is the following problem could be the source?
ABRT has detected 2 problem(s). For more info run: abrt-cli list --since 1491639690

If more info are needed, well just let me know (thanks)

This is frustrating me to no end. Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Thank you very much for helping

I should say may be that:
- I 'm in dual boot with (W10)
- My machine use /boot/uefi as booting system

Some argue that is something related to the ACPI???

Re: My Dell keeps restarting!!!

It could be the the ethernet controller, particularly if it is intel and using the e1000e kernel driver, or possibly some other device which has not been shut down correctly by its driver.
