Fedora 26 Nightly Builds

Is anyone testing the installation and test use of the Fedora 26.

The alpha version that I still have installed works fine for my needs, but the nightly builds with Gnome boot ok, but the normal lower case space char is a dead key.
However, with the getty access, the lower case space char is ok. No terminal handling problem.

What's your experience?

Re: Fedora 26 Nightly Builds

Well, I just tried with the server boot ISO, doing a minimal install. I was able to use rpmfusion. After installation, I installed my usual programs (some multimedia, dwm and openbox, Japanese input, browsers and the like), and all seems fine for me.

The only issue is one that I've had since F24 or F25, that Anaconda, if installing on a machine with UFS partitions (FreeBSD), won't see existing Linux partitions. I filed a bug but they weren't able to duplicate it and as it's such an edge case and I have a workaround, I more or less said nevermind. (Workaround is in the bugreport). Aside from that, however, it was the same as a usual install of Fedora for me.

Re: Fedora 26 Nightly Builds

I am assessing each release candidate.

The only issue I've seen is AMD IOMMU problem documented in other posts in this forum.

I netinstall the Workstation build from scratch with each new Release Candidate level kernel change.
I am running on real iron, no virtual machine cushoning of results.
Once I'm past my boot issue, I find things are pretty clean.
