thanks, installing mutter and clutter together and use fusion-icon (and a reboot) works for me
EDIT: ok maybe not, it just crashed... lol
still sticking with marco then, sometimes it fixed tearing, other times dont @.@
EDIT2: it doesn't matter mutter install with clutter or not (I thought the extra thing can use OpenGL but looks like it doesnt depend on it but BASED ON it), mutter still crashes on mate and probably will not be fixed or WONTFIX lol
EDIT3: looks like it actually Firefox that does *forced* OpenGL fixes the tearing, other apps outside Firefox still somewhat tears...
Ok looks like the crash is caused by missing *gnome-settings-daemon* schema, installing just that with mutter fix the crash (and fix the tearing + GNOME-ish side effects decorations), /solved
