fedup FC25 -> FC26 not working (yet?)

Hello guys and gals,

I just tried a "fedup --allowerasing --network 26" from my FC25 x86_64 , and got this:
warning: /var/lib/dnf/system-upgrade/kernel-core-4.11.0-0.rc6.git0.1.fc26.x86_64.rpm: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID 64dab85d: NOKEY
Importing GPG key 0xBFB2D6E3:
 Userid     : "Fedora 26 Primary (26) <fedora-25-primary@fedoraproject.org>"
 Fingerprint: 2D0F 6533 6953 8D2E 6157 F220 AC4F F563 BFB2 D6E3
 From       : /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-26-x86_64
Is this ok [y/N]: y
Key imported successfully
Import of key(s) didn't help, wrong key(s)?

Exclamation Re: fedup FC25 -> FC26 not working (yet?)

this was from an FC24 x86_64 to FC26 x86_64

My bad. I am upgrading that now first to an FC25, and will try then to go up to 26.

On 2 other mini-pcs the upgrade is working fine, and the GPG key import worked fine.

Re: fedup FC25 -> FC26 not working (yet?)

They've made it recently that 2 releases apart upgrades are supported officially. Not sure if Fedora 26 have packages signed yet, that might be the reason why you saw that error.

The reason why upgrade from Fedora 25 works is probably because GPG check is disabled by default for rawhide repo. Did you upgrade you Fedora 24 box prior to release upgrade?

Edit: Also, I think fedup is no longer official method of upgrading to a new release.
