Fedora 17 Installation Failing

Hello All,

I've got a new Dell Inspiron 3520 with Ubuntu installed on it. I can't get to start FC17 installation. It gives Kernel Panic with lights flashing on the keyboard. Machine conf is Core i3 3rd Gen 4 GB RAM 500GB HDD.....

Can there be a work around
