My posts are not being approved.

I don't know why but my posts are not being approved, what is the problem?

Could really used the help since I am trying to transition from Windows completely and what I am studying requires me watching videos that require flash.

you're a new user. posts are automatically moderated by the forum backend if you add links or pictures in your first few posts. nothing personal
