Re: Installing Wickr, any success?

It will core but only once an a while. It has been successfully used on numerous Fedora/CentOS systems so unless your Fedora is severely customized or broken wickr should work reasonably well.

FYI, new wicrk-me is out. Messages sent using new one are not compatible with previous version but previous seems still to work as before. Regarding Linux packages. Not only they did not release .rpm but made packaging even harder by providing two .deb files instead of one!

Re: Installing Wickr, any success?

The generate rpm script for latest WickrMe 4.0.5 has been verified on Fedora 26.
Start it in empty temporary folder. It will download latest WickrMe.zip and convert enclosed .dep files to .rpm.
Install both .rpm files the usual way by
dnf install WickrMe-*.x86_64.rpm wickr-qt-*.x86_64.rpm
Script has been updated to download latest version, currently 4.3.5.
Version change requires in only one place in the file.
