Another Emergency Mode Error

So Iím currently running Fedora 25 on a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I have used Linux since Fedora Core 4, so Iím not sure what all will be relavent...

I was copying one of my dvds to put on my media server, a process that was not complete when the laptop died. Now, I can only boot into recovery mode. From what Iíve read, this running process was likely the cause of the issue. During bootup, these are the only issues that stay on the screen long enough for me to read them.

At the start:
(Unintelligible) Failed to claim resource 1
ACPI: watchdog: device creation failed: -16

During the startup process:
A start job is running for dev-disk-by\x2dlabel-Movies.device ([timer] / 1min 30s)

At the end, just before the emergency mode prompt asking for the root password:
[OK] Mounted /home.
[TIME] Timed out waiting for device dev-disk-by\x2dlabel-Movies.device.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for /mnt/Movies.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Local File Systems.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Mark the need to relabel after reboot

There are several more lines that all say [OK] before the emergency mode prompt.

Since this all started while the movie was trying to copy, I deleted the incomplete m4v file, thinking that would help. It didnít.

The journal produces around 2,400 lines of text. The red lines seem to focus on the Movies.device or Watchdog.

I also saw some other threads requesting this command be entered. Here are the results I see.

[root@localhost ~]# fsck -c -p
fsck from util-linux 2.28.2
/dev/mapper/fedora-root is mounted.
e2fsck: Cannot continue, aborting.

If I change the user:
[User@localhost ~]# fsck -c -p
fsck from util-linux 2.28.2
/dev/mapper/fedora-root is mounted.

WARNING!!! The filesystem is mounted. If you continue you ***WILL***
cause ***SEVERE*** filesystem damage.

Do you really want to continue<n>?

So where do I go from here? Will deleting the Movies directory help?
