One more suggestion. Since grubby is responsible for adding and removing kernel entries from the grub.cfg file when a new kernel is installed, you can check the integrity of that package with:
Code:
$ rpm -V grubby
No output means everything with that package is OK.

The unconfined seems to be normal. I have the same in my system.

Did you mean by that the /etc/default/grub file? If so, no just leave things as they are.
