KDE panel stuck on removed external monitor

I plugged an external monitor into my laptop to try things out and it decided the dock belonged on the external monitor. I unplugged it and found out Plasma thinks the dock still exists on that external monitor. So I created an extra panel and found out ksuperkey doesn't work anymore, and I believe it's because it is tied to the no longer plugged in external monitor. How can I delete all my panels or just that one I can't see? The plasma/panels page is outdated and only applies to kde4
