Re: Bootloader has not verified loaded image. System is compromised. Halting.

I was wondering whether upgrade to F24 could fix these problems but according to some posts from kernel-4.6.3-300.fc24 doesn't boot it could go even worse. So would it be better to wait for F25 ?

That kernel-4.6.3 is an upgraded one from the release one which is 4.5.5-300, so if you install from the f24 release iso you would get the earlier one which doesn't seem to have had some of the problems of later ones.

Thank you, but I'm trying to avoid installer because it can heavily damage data if installation freeze.

Re: Bootloader has not verified loaded image. System is compromised. Halting.

I tried mount partition with Ubuntu before updating grub as recomended here: http://www.forums.fedoraforum.org/sh...03&postcount=7

and

Code:
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg
Ubuntu has been added to boot menu but Ubuntu still can't boot:

Code:
error: can't find command `linux'
error: can't find command `initrd'

Re: Bootloader has not verified loaded image. System is compromised. Halting.

After upgrade to F24:

I ran
Code:
sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg
But Ubuntu still can't boot:
Code:
error: /boot/vmlinuz-4.4.0-54-generic.efi.signed has invalid signature
error: you need to load the kernel first

Press any key to continue...
Does anyone know please how to fix it ?

Re: Bootloader has not verified loaded image. System is compromised. Halting.

SOLVED after more than 3 years:

upgrade F24 to F25

and

Code:
sudo dnf reinstall grub2-efi grub2-efi-modules shim
sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg

Dunno why that didn't work before as mentioned in your post #9, and why it took an upgraded fedora to work, but I'm glad that it has.

Re: Bootloader has not verified loaded image. System is compromised. Halting.

I don't know what happened. I hope current correct state will last for a long time

It's irony of fate that similar problem has appeared on another machine: https://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=315689
