command to query fs type of all partitions

Using #fdisk -l /dev/hda1
I can see much of the info I need, except fs type.

In FC4 I've installed gpart and qtparted. These show everything shown by fdisk plus fs type.

What CLI command can I use to give the fs type of a partition? I especially need to detect reiserfs.

When I run qtparted it doesn't give the option to format a drive as reiserfs. I know that FC5 doesn't officially support reiserfs but is there a way to get qtparted to format a partition as reiserfs?
