Migrating bind

Hi All,

I am migrating a CentOS5 server (which is end of life and the repos are down) over to FC26. This question concerns bind-chroot

On the old server, what would be the issues with me just doing a

tar czvf oldbind.tar.gz /etc/named.conf /var/named

And then untarring it on the new server? Have too many thing changed since then?

Many thanks,
-T

/var/named/chroot/var/named/slaves/[servername].hosts and .rev. Changed the names of the files and the server's name inside the files
