Intel PRO/Wireless 2915ABG

I am relativly new to the Linux world. After taking an introductory UNIX class, I figured I'd dabble in it some more. I am using a Dell Inspiron 9300 Laptop with the Intel 2915ABG wireless inside. I would really love for some help on installing a driver for it.

If anyone has AIM, and would like to help me go step by step, my AIM s/n is : Whatshisface2006

Thank You

su -
yum install ipw2200-firmware
and reboot

The firmware for the 2915 and the 2200 seem to be the same, according to the sourceforge page.

thank you very much. The 'yum' command actually helped me install wine and thunderbird also.
