Someone mentioned trace id , How does that work ?

I have a dynamic ip address (different ip address every time i logon), and also block all incoming icmp pings ( which makes my machine invisible to the internet ) is there anything else i can do ( apart from stop ) .or is connection log from ip service provider used?.
