D-Link DE-220P PnP ISA Card not detected

Hello folks -

running Fedora Core (uname -r reveals 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp)

No problems during installation.

I just cannot get the old D-Link DE-220P PnP ISA Card (DLK2201) detected for ethernet and internet use. This is detected in the Hardware Browser GUI, but listed as an unknown device.

Network Configuration does not list.

Pretty much a Linux newbie. Need help. Note that no other devices are currently in conflict:
