Unable to remove openjdk and install sunjava

Hi Friends,

I am a newbie to linux world , recently i have started working on fedora 17.

I have installed tomcat 6 which in its dependencies packages of openjdk .

after i tried to install sun jdk and removing opnjdk using the follwoing rules on the

when i created a sunjava.sh to set the path of JAVA_HOME and path in the script and I had runned the script .

from that time i was unable to run any command like ls more etc

i logged out of the user i had logged in .

after that time I m also unable to login back a s user .

can anyone tell me the path forward

I would try the mjmwired.net guide to getting sun java to be the one to use. Might have to log in as another user who can use sudo.
