389-ds installation on Linux

Hi Experts,

I have installed 389DS on RHEL server long back. And now due to some unavoidable reasons we have changed the hostname of that server. When I am trying to start directory server using the command "service dirsrv-admin start" is giving the following error:

Starting dirsrv-admin:
httpd.worker: apr_sockaddr_info_get() failed for example.abc.com
httpd.worker: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using for ServerName
Server failed to start !!! Please check errors log for problems

Is there anyway to make the existing 389DS work rather than installing it again?
For ex: by changing the value of hostname in some config file somewhere.

Could somebody please help me in this regard?

Could somebody please help me. Does 389 DS work after changing hostname & IP on which it was installed?
