Fed 16 getting stuck in applications

Fedora 16 keeps getting "stuck" in applications for example I open Firefox and the browser works but I can quit, change screens, ect. Does this in all programs and it seems to happen randomly and last a while when it does. Its really annoying.

Eh nevermind me... I forgot to update Thats what I get for not updating. Works fine now that I am all up to date with my software/firmware.
