Source rpm for kernel 3.2.11

I cannot for the life of me find a source rpm for kernel 3.2.11. Can anyone help please?

There was never a kernel of that version compiled for Fedora. kernel-3.2.10 would be the closest one. You can find the SRPM for that, and others, from koji.
