External mice and keyboard lag with Latitude laptop on Fedora 14

I experiment a recurrent problem with my laptop Dell Latitude running on Fedora. When I plug an external mice or keyboard I experiment a lag on the pointer and a lag on the writing with the keyboard. I try different option in the bios but it’s not look to work correctly. Is there a way to fix this ?

My configuration: Fedora Release 14 (Laughlin), Kernel, GNOME 2.32.0, Memory 3.7 GiB, 4x Intel(R) Core(TM) CPU M640 @ 2.80Ghz

Thanks for reading !
