So Sry for my bad english!!!
are you booting from cd/dvd installation media/live cd?
there may be some power management setting or drive access setting that is causing the media to fail to boot.

Fedora 14 needs 512 MB RAM to install.
Fedora 15 needs 640 MB RAM to install.
Fedora 16 needs 768 MB RAM to install.
First the fedora logo loads than nothing happend i throw [ESC] and then there was much text and aver and ever again this error.

Plermpel you can't install Fedora 16 with only 256 MB of RAM. Right now it doesn't matter what message have you on the screen. You need to upgrade to minimum 768 MB then try again to install.
What Fedora Version Do I need?
So Sry for my bad english!!!
Try Fedora 14 but it will run slowly with only 256 MB RAM. For Fedora 15 it is mandatory to have minimum 640 MB. Fedora 16 needs minimum 768 MB.
instead F14 you could also try Cent OS 6.2 or Scientific 6.2 (these are based on Fedora 12, and still supported many years). If you want to use Fedora 14 (even though the support for Fedora 14 ended several month ago), I recommend that you use the XFCE or LXDE desktop. Gnome and KDE needs much more RAM than other linux desktop environments.
There are also some decent linux distros which are less RAM hungry like: Vector Linux (XFCE version), Arch (good documented, but a bit more work to install and configure), ArchBang (based on Arch, pretty easy to install), CrunchBang. And Puppy Linux is even lighter that those, and probably only needs 128 MB RAM or even less.

Cool, I'll try F14 and Arch because I need PlayOnLinux and it won't work on every linux.

ok. Arch Linux is not really well for Linux beginners, but if your patient and willing to follow and read their good wiki there shouldn't be much troubles and you will learn more about Linux than you would in most other well-known distros.
Arch Bang is fully compatible to Arch Linux. If you want a installation process which is a bit easier and faster you can consider Arch Bang as alternative. But you shouldn't be afraid to use Arch wiki and linux terminal.
