LibreOffice 3.3--The application cannot be strarted

I've had this problem since I upgraded to F15.
LibreOffice 3.3--Fatal Error.
The application cannot be started.
A general error occurred while accessing your central configuration.
I've tried removing my ~/.libreoffice and ~/.openoffice.org directories, and then uninstalling and installing libreoffice via yum, but I can't seem solve this problem.

sudo libreoffice runs fine, so it would seem to be a permissions issue. Searching on the web suggests this is an open bug, or people have uninstalled old openoffice modules to get it working. However, I would think my uninstallation and reinstallation would have fixed that.

Any thoughts?
