installing in 2nd partition - without a burn cd

i now have an iso. are the initrd0.img and vmlinuz the only files i need to get this working? help
i have another linux system in the first partition so what must be my menulist if i install this in the 2nd partition.

simple boot parameter don't work and it responded me to put SElinux=0
kernel /boot/vmlinuz0 root=/dev/sda1 selinux=0 ro vga=normal
initrd /boot/initrd0.img
but still it didn't work. any recommendation please?
